What You'll Do: Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards
Qualifications: Active BCBA certification required Masters degree in ABA or related field Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism Ready to Grow With Us?
