About the role

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Cybersecurity Forensic Examiner will investigate escalated security incidents, coordinate with various teams, and create incident documentation while ensuring compliance with cybersecurity laws and regulations.
Key responsibilities: Assess escalated security events and drive response actions to minimize business impact Act as Incident Coordinator for high-impact cyber breaches, supporting communication during incidents Create documentation of incident response activities and develop security posture recommendations
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, information security, or computer science, or equivalent experience At least two years of experience in Information Technology or Cybersecurity with forensic knowledge or training Certification in EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), EnCase Certified eDiscovery Practitioner (EnCEP), or Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) within one year of entering the position Ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional departments and manage project workloads Experience with cybersecurity controls, policies, and procedures preferred
