Senior Transaction Tax Leader for Acquisitions & Diligence

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to lead our Transaction Tax practice in a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will manage relationships with clients and develop new business while mentoring teammates to deliver complex tax due diligence, structuring, and advisory engagements. The role requires a CPA with 10+ years of federal, state, and international tax experience; JD/EA may substitute for CPA in certain cases.
