Role Description: The Associate role at WE Family Offices is a full-time, on-site position based in Miami, FL. The Associate will support senior team members in delivering advisory services to ultra-high net worth families, including preparing analyses, presentations, and reports related to investment portfolios, wealth structures, and family governance. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and organizing financial data, coordinating with internal and external professionals, and assisting in the implementation and monitoring of client strategies. The role also involves contributing to research on investment solutions and industry trends, maintaining accurate documentation and workflows, and helping ensure a high standard of service and responsiveness for client families. The Associate will collaborate closely with colleagues across the firm to support a consistent, fiduciary-focused client experience.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, including proficiency with Excel and financial modeling tools. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and client correspondence. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should possess teamwork and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with colleagues, external advisors, and client families. Candidates should possess high ethical standards, sound judgment, and a demonstrated commitment to a client-first, fiduciary mindset. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, accounting, or a related field; progress toward or interest in CFA, CFP, or similar designation is beneficial. Prior experience in wealth management, family offices, investment management, or financial services is preferred. Comfort working with global families and cross-border issues; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
