Trusts & Estates Associate Attorney Manhattan law firm with a stable and growing T&E practice is seeking a mid to senior level T&E attorney with at least 4+ years of experience, including planning, administration and litigation. In terms of priority experience, specifically looking for an attorney with prior trust/estate administration (which includes drafting probate petitions, familiar with accountings); experience with 709s & 706s; knowledge of lessening estate tax for high net worth individuals who would otherwise be subject to estate tax; various aspects of estate planning/drafting of trusts and wills. Experience in litigation - particularly drafting - would be a bonus. Salary in the high $100K’s/lower $200K range. Hybrid 4/1 (Friday’s remote). Please send resume for immediate consideration.
