Registered Nurse (RN) Aviata at Ridge Haven is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team! Aviata at Ridge Haven is located at 4927 Voorhees Rd, New Port Richey, FL 34653.Shifts Available: PT - Night (7p-7a)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
- Follow established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
- Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RNExperience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities preferred You must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to a job well done
