Production - 1st Shift (7am-3:30pm)

Job Responsibilities: Operate small press machines to cut, layer, and roll graphite sheets Assemble and produce custom graphite components Work in different stages of the production process Follow detailed instructions to create new and unique parts daily Maintain a clean and safe work environment Meet production and quality standards Because the products are custom-made, you will rarely be doing the exact same task every day. Team members are cross-trained in all areas of production, allowing you to build a well-rounded skill set and gain experience in multiple operations. Growth Opportunity: After 90 days, employees are evaluated for advancement within production. There is opportunity to move into: Production Level 1 Production Level 2 Production Level 3 Each advancement level comes with increased responsibility and a pay raise based on attendance, performance, and overall production quality.
