Your day-to-day will include: Packaging finished goods and checking for quality. Palletizing products like a pro. Keeping quality control standards top-notch. Your Work Environment: Indoors, but sometimes exposed to heat, humidity, or cold. Occasional loud noise levels, so alertness around machinery is key. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required to keep you safe. Clean and organized spaces where teamwork thrives. What You will Need to Succeed: High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. A stellar record of attendance, safety, and performance. Basic math skills (we'll test them if needed!).Respect for others, openness to feedback, and a willingness to share ideas. Strong motor skills, organization, and a team-first mindset. Able to lift up to 50lbs, bend, twist and overhead lift.
