Pay: $90-$100 per hour
Schedule: Flexible hours Work-life balance supported
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Norfolk, VA 23291 Telehealth or in-person

What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments
- Develop individualized ABA treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor RBTs/ABA technicians
- Train staff and monitor treatment fidelity
- Analyze data and adjust programs as needed
- Provide compassionate support to families
- Prepare progress reports and documentation
Requirements:
- ActiveBCBA LBAcertification (required)2-3 years ABA Experience
