- Welder Helper Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position$ 22.00 to $ 25.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- Various shifts available (Sunday through Saturday from 06:00pm to 06:00am)
- Assist welders with daily production tasks
- Prepare and move materials
- Set up and maintain work areas
- Assist with tools, equipment, and supplies
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Perform general labor duties as assigned
Welder Helper Qualifications:
- Previous welding or manufacturing experience preferred, but not required
- Must be comfortable working in a steel manufacturing environment
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts
- Must follow all safety guidelines and attendance expectations
- Steel-toe boots and required PPE are required
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
