Description: Injection Molding Operator I - Night Shift (6:45PM - 7:00AM) $20.00/hr. + $1.00/hr. Shift Differential Who we are looking for: We are currently searching for an Injection Molding Operator to be based out of Dallas, TX. Reporting to the Molding Manager, this Molding Operator's primary focus will be tending the machines, packaging parts, basic material handling, and accomplishing daily production goals.

Within 3 months, you'll: Complete hourly immersion and any required training. Have a good understanding of our Safety Culture. Have developed relationships with the key stakeholders for this role. As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $20.00/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
