About the role

Job Description: Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. This role is essential in supporting individuals with various needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in healthcare, particularly in areas such as geriatrics and post-acute care, and will be committed to enhancing the quality of life for our clients.
Duties: Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance. Assist with mobility and transfers to ensure client safety. Support daily living activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship. Document client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals. Implement care plans tailored to individual client needs, including those with conditions requiring specialized knowledge such as geriatrics or medical-surgical care. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Qualifications:
  • Previous caregiving experience (preferred, but training may be provided)
  • Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)le.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
