As a key player in our kitchen, you will collaborate closely with our culinary team to ensure that every piece of food served meets the high standards characteristic of Raising Cane's. Prepare and cook food items according to Raising Cane's recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by following sanitation and safety regulations. Inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling practices. Regularly check inventory and manage supplies to ensure kitchen resources are utilized efficiently. Participate in the development of new menu items and special dishes. Ensure food is served in an attractive, appetizing manner, and assist in the training of kitchen staff as needed. Proven cooking and knife skills. Broad knowledge of food safety protocols. Ability to follow recipes and presentation specifications. Efficient time management and multitasking abilities.
