What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare detailed estimates for commercial carpentry and interior-finish scopes
  • Develop competitive bids and conceptual budgets
  • Review drawings, specifications, and construction documents
  • Complete material and labor takeoffs
  • Coordinate with preconstruction leadership, project managers, and field teams
  • Build relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and clients
  • Maintain cost information and help improve estimating processes
  • Support projects from early budgeting through award and construction
  • What They’re Looking ForFive or more years of construction estimating experience
  • Experience estimating commercial carpentry, architectural millwork, or interior-finish scopes
  • Understanding of competitive bidding and conceptual budgeting
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to build lasting industry relationships
