About the role

Seeking a hands-on Transportation Claims & Subrogation Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage commercial transportation claims, investigate liability, and negotiate recoveries while supporting self-insured operations.

Key responsibilities: Review and manage commercial transportation claims involving bodily injury, property damage, and liability Investigate accidents and determine liability using various documentation and evidence Identify and initiate subrogation and recovery opportunities, negotiating with insurers and third parties

Required qualifications: 5+ years of claims experience, preferably in commercial auto, trucking, or transportation Strong hands-on experience with subrogation and claims recovery Proven negotiation experience with insurers, adjusters, and attorneys Experience with reserving, settlement evaluation, and litigated claims Strong knowledge of claims investigation and liability assessment
