Interior Designer

Key Responsibilities: The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following Assistsenior designers to conceptualize and develop design schemes for projects. Actively contribute to design and documentation of projects through all project phases under the direction of more senior members. Participate in client meetings and craft elaborate client presentations to communicate design concepts effectively. Conduct research on materials, products, and trends to inform design decisions. Create and produce detailed models and design drawings using Revit and AutoCADunder the direction of more senior members. Select and specify architectural finishes. Design, detailand specify custom FF&E.Coordinate with vendors to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.

Candidate Qualifications & Skills: Required Formal trainingeg.bachelor's degree in interior design, B.Arch.or B.S in Architecture from an accredited school Minimum 2 years ofpost-graduatede sign experience in an architectural and/or interior design studio. Ability to work in Revit and Enscape. AutoCAD knowledge is a plus Ability to model in 3DS Max, Rhinoor Revit Proficiencyin presentation software like Adobe Creative Suite, Googleslidesand Power Point Ability to work collaboratively with designers across the firm
