Leasing Consultant: Drive Occupancy and Resident Experience

Capital Square Living is seeking a Leasing Consultant to serve as the primary contact for prospective residents, coordinating marketing, leasing and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. You will manage tours, applications, and move-ins while ensuring resident satisfaction and renewal opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting tours, processing applications, and maintaining lease documentation, with on-site work at properties and a strong emphasis on customer service
