MM-Wave RF IC Design Engineer

NJ or REMOTELY BASED: We are working on behalf of a fast-growing startup, which is a Millimeter Wave IC design house. They are focused on high frequency and Millimeter Wave ICs for Defense Radars and SATCOM.They design MM-Wave RF ICs, and also the Phased Array and Beam Forming Systems that they are integrated into. They are looking for a MM Wave RFIC Designer: BSEE or better with 5-10 years or more. Experience designing RF ICs, ideally at 20-40 GHz or higher, which integrate large parts or all off the signal chain on a chip, especially for phased arrays. Ideal if they understand SOC, including the analog, digital and SW elements that the RF interfaces with in the chip. Need strong EMSIM, Simulation and test skills.
