Senior Producer - Experiential Fashion, Luxury & Lifestyle - LA

Job Type: Full-time

Manage project budgets (typically $500K-$2M ), ensuring commercial and delivery targets are met Source, brief, and manage vendors across production, fabrication, and logistics Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong and clear communication Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate ideas into physical experiences Build and manage timelines, production documents, and project workflows Oversee on-site delivery including installation, live events, and strike Support junior producers and coordinators across project delivery What You’ll Bring 5+ years' experience in experiential, event, or integrated production Experience delivering high-quality brand experiences, activations, or events Strong understanding of production processes, budgeting, and vendor management Confidence working in client-facing environments Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-oriented Interest in culturally relevant, design-led work Bonus Experience Experience within fashion, entertainment, or luxury sectors Experience working on talent-led or entertainment-driven activations
