Investment Analysis & Financial Modeling
Support the development and maintenance ofoperating and transaction models, including 3‑statement models, DCFs, and LBOsAnalyze investment returns, capital structures, sensitivities, and downside scenarios Perform valuation analyses usingcomparable companies, precedent transactions, and intrinsic valuation methods Assist with underwriting and scenario analysis for new investments and add‑on opportunities Support diligence efforts acrossfinancial, commercial, operational, and legal workstreams Analyze company performance, KPIs, customer cohorts, margins, and unit economics Conductindustry, market, and competitive researchto support investment theses Help synthesize third‑party diligence findings into clear analytical summaries Investment Committee & Deal Process Support
