Job Description: Title: Cable Manufacturing Engineer/Technician\nType: Permanent\nLocation: Chelmsford, MA (Onsite)\nCompensation: Salary $70k-$85k\nWork Authorization: Must be US, Green Card\n\nMust-Have Skills\n\n 3–5+ years of hands-on cable/cable harness manufacturing experience\nStrong experience with cable/harness assembly, fabrication, testing & troubleshooting\nExperience with complex cable/harness builds\nAbility to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings\nExperience with manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures & test methods\nStrong root cause analysis / problem-solving skills\nExperience in a hands-on manufacturing/production environment\nCable/Harness Technicians with strong technical experience may be considered\n \n\nKey screening point: Cable/harness experience is very important.\n
