Details Provide physical therapy services to patients in their place of residence across the South Region (Marathon, Minuteman, and Revolution service areas) Patient population ranges in age from birth to over 100 years with physical impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities Shift schedule is 08:00-16:30 Weekend rotations occur once every 6 weeks Requires ability to travel to patient homes across assigned service areas Uses Epic for charting Uses UKG/Kronos for timekeeping
