About the role

Sales Analytics & Reporting Co-opThe Sales Analytics & Reporting Co-op will support the team in delivering accurate, timely, and meaningful reporting and analysis. This role offers hands-on experience working with enterprise data, reporting tools, forecasting processes, and cross-functional business partners.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Assist with the preparation and maintenance of dashboards, presentations, and reports using Excel, Power BI, and other reporting tools.
  • Support data validation and quality assurance activities by reviewing information from multiple sources, including Informatics, Finance, and Actuarial.
  • Research and analyze variances in membership, sales, and forecasting data.
  • Assist with membership reporting and forecasting processes through data collection, organization, and analysis.
  • Document reporting processes, business rules, data definitions, and reporting procedures to enhance knowledge sharing and operational efficiency.
  • Perform additional projects and assignments as needed.
  • Required skills and qualifications include:
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis techniques.
  • Exposure to SQL through coursework, academic projects, or internships; ability to understand, modify, and execute existing queries is preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools through coursework, academic projects, or internships is preferred.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn new tools, technologies, and business processes.
  • Preferred majors include:

Data Analytics: StatisticsDatabase Management / SQLFinanceAccountingInformation Systems Classification: Junior or Senior standing, recent graduate (must be within one year of the program start date). GPA requirement: 3.0 or higher. Must have an Android or iOS device which is compatible with the free Microsoft Authenticator app.
