Location: Washington, DC (Hybrid)
Job Description:
Seeking an SolarWinds Engineer with strong SolarWinds and Service Now/ITSM experience.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of SolarWinds implementation/development
- Experience owning and maintaining SolarWinds/O&M environments
- Strong monitoring, troubleshooting, remediation, dashboards, alerts, and reporting skills
- Knowledge of AppDynamics, Thousand
- Eyes, or Infoblox is a plus
- Experience with security scans, CISA guidance, SSL monitoring, AD access, and ITSM integration
- Ability to maintain SOPs, diagrams, recovery documents, and knowledge articles
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
