FRC Marketing Strategist This is not a role for someone who wants to run campaigns from behind a dashboard. This is a role for someone who wants to sit across from a business owner and show them exactly where their money is leakingand how to plug it.
As FRC Marketing Strategist, you are the digital strategy expert for clients in our Fractional Revenue Consulting (FRC) program: business owners doing $1M to $25M a year who are ready to scale. You audit their marketing strategy, landing pages, and CRM automation, then deliver clear, prioritized, revenue-focused recommendations they can act on immediately.
This role is built for a Marketing Manager-level professional ready to shift from managing marketers to managing clients. You bring the full-stack expertise. We bring the clients, the platform, and the 10X standard.
If you want to play it safe, this isn't your role. If you want to drive measurable results for owners who are all in, this position is for you.
Client Strategy Sessions
Lead 50- to 60-minute consultative strategy sessions with business owners. Present findings in plain, confident language that drives decisions.
Build trust fast and turn every session into a clear action plan the client can execute.
Marketing Strategy Audits
Audit end-to-end marketing strategy: positioning, offer, audience, channel mix, and budget allocation.
Develop full-funnel digital strategies across paid media, SEO, email and SMS, social, and content.
Landing Page & Funnel Audits
Audit landing pages and funnels for message, offer, user experience, tracking, and conversion.
Recommend specific tests that move conversion rates, not just opinions.
CRM & Automation Analysis
Analyze CRM automation flowstriggers, follow-up sequences, pipelines, and lead routingin HighLevel (OMNI) and other platforms.
Find the missed revenue hiding in broken or missing automations and show the client how to capture it.
Ad Spend Performance
Review cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and return on ad spend. Recommend adjustments that put dollars where they produce results.
Reporting & Accountability
Document every client session in the CRM.
Report weekly to the Director of Fulfillment on client progress, retention risks, and expansion opportunities.
What It Takes
The Experience
6+ years of full-stack digital marketing experience across paid media, SEO, email, social, content, and analytics. Marketing Manager-level experience qualifies.
Proven experience advising or managing marketing for small and mid-sized businesses in a client-facing, consulting, or agency setting.
Demonstrated ability to analyze a marketing strategy, landing page, and CRM automation flow and explain findings clearly.
Hands-on HighLevel CRM experience, including workflows and pipelines.
Strong command of analytics and reporting, including GA4, ad platform analytics, and CRM dashboards.
A track record of measurable gains in lead volume, conversion rate, or cost per acquisition.
Working knowledge of email and SMS consent requirements (TCPA, CAN-SPAM) as they apply to marketing automation.
The Mindset
Client-First. Your client's results are your results. You own the outcome, not just the recommendation.
Clarity. You turn complex data into simple, confident direction a business owner can act on today.
Urgency. You find the gap, call it out, and drive the fixfast.
Presence. You command the room with owners who have built real businesses and earn their trust quickly.
Commitment. You're all in on the mission and willing to do what it takes to win.
