Manufacturing Methods Analyst 2 - HOLT Manufacturing

Manufacturing Methods Analyst 2 The Manufacturing Methods Analyst 2 is responsible for owning the development, maintenance, and accuracy of Methods of Manufacturing (MoM) within the ERP system. This intermediate-level role supports New Product Introduction (NPI), drives improvements in labor standards and process accuracy, and ensures manufacturing data reflects current, optimized shop floor practices. The position works cross functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Planning to support efficient, scalable, and repeatable production. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; Collaborate with key internal/external resources; Participate in ongoing self-development.
