Business ClassificationsB2BEnterpriseSAASAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Managing Director for its People & Transformation practice, with a focus on change management and strategic communications. The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of programs that support integration and transformation, with a strong emphasis on a human-centric approach. This role requires the ability to work directly with C-suite management, Boards, and other advisors, and to build programs that align with clients' culture and goals. The Managing Director will be responsible for client delivery, including serving as the day-to-day lead, developing communication strategies, and tracking program KPIs. Business development and practice leadership are also key aspects of the role, including the management of multiple clients, directing and coaching teams, and contributing to the strategic direction of the practice. Applicants for the Managing Director position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' of experience in communications, and a proven track record in leading the people side of major business transformations. A change management certification, such as Prosci®, is preferred. The role demands a high level of integrity, a service-oriented attitude, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will have excellent presentation skills, the ability to manage multiple client accounts, and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Responsibilities also include business development, practice leadership, and the coaching of junior team members.
