CNC Set-Up Technician

Responsibilities: Set up and operate CNC machines according to job specifications Create and edit CNC programs as needed Perform regular maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the production process Train and mentor other team members on best practices for CNC machine operation Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and quality Requirements: Experience with CNC Milling and CNC Turning Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings Knowledge of G-code programming language Excellent problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to work flexible hours as needed If you have a passion for precision machining and a desire to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
