Position Details: Full-Time, 1.0 FTE Center-Based Autism Classroom Starting ASAP for the 2026–2027 School YearAbout the RoleHello, Special Education Teachers ! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Special Education Teacher to support students in acenter-based autism classroom in Mead, CO. In this role, you’ll provide individualized instruction, implement IEPs, and create a structured, supportive learning environment tailored to students with autism. You’ll work alongside a collaborative school team and a supportive, therapist-run company.

What We’re Looking For: Valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license with Special Education endorsement Fingerprinting as required for the position Experience working with students with autism preferred Strong classroom management and collaboration skills School-based experience preferred, but not required About Ampersand Therapy Ampersand Therapy is a women- and therapist-operated company built by providers who understand school-based work.
