Retail Sales/Design Consultant - CasperAre you a proactive, customer-focused individual with a passion for sales and design? We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales/Design Consultant to join our showroom team. This temporary-to-hire position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth for a "people person" who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-task sales environment. - Retail Sales/Design Consultant - Casper Details:
- Temp-to-hire position$18.00 to $20.00/hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:30pm)
- Rotating Saturdays and mandatory overtime may be required based on business needs
- Act as a positive, team-oriented sales professional within our showroom
- Engage with customers to drive retail, new construction, residential, and/or commercial sales
- Provide expert design consultation, assisting customers in selecting the best products to meet their specific needs and situations
- Maintain an aesthetically pleasing and organized showroom through effective merchandising
- Process sales orders accurately, including data entry tasks
- Contribute to a high-energy, collaborative team atmosphere
- Retail Sales/Design Consultant - Casper Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably inside sales or retail
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in data entry
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work occasional Saturdays and mandatory overtime as needed
- Strong attendance record and dedication to work performance are essential
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
