Senior Collections Specialist

Key Responsibilities: Review and monitor assigned client accounts and aging receivables. Partner with attorneys and practice groups to develop collection strategies and action plans. Communicate directly with clients to facilitate timely payment of outstanding invoices. Provide reporting, documentation, and account analysis as needed. Maintain detailed records of collection activities and payment follow-up efforts. Research, analyze, and resolve client deductions, payment discrepancies, and unapplied credits. Collaborate with Billing, Collections, and Finance teams on receivables management and special projects.

Qualifications: Minimum 3+ years of collections experience within a law firm or professional services environment. Experience communicating with attorneys, partners, and clients preferred. Experience with Aderant, Elite, and/or e-Billing systems is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree required. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
