About the role

Lemnis seeks a Principal Learning Scientist to close internal research gaps and build studies, frameworks, and measurement models across its collective. This principal-level individual-contributor role reports to the Vice President of Research and partners with business leads to translate findings into product recommendations.
Core Responsibilities: Conduct cross-portfolio research strategy to identify evidence gaps and prioritize a shared research agenda. Design and execute applied research including RCTs, quasi-experimental designs, and measurement models for student engagement and persistence. Translate research into product features and equip Sales and Marketing with evidence assets. Profile: Requires a doctorate in psychology, learning sciences, or education and 8+ years of applied research experience. Expertise in belonging, identity, and motivation, with advanced quantitative and qualitative methods. Demonstrated ability to translate research into product decisions and familiarity with ethical AI principles.
