Senior Transaction Tax Director (Principal/Signing)

CLA is seeking a Principal or Signing Director to join our Transaction Tax practice in California. You will lead engagements, mentor teams, and drive tax diligence for private equity, family offices, and strategic buyers. You will collaborate with SALT, International Tax, and Federal Tax Solutions groups while managing budgets and client relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
