About the role

Job description: Maintenance Leader | $90K$120K + 13% BonusHigh-Speed Beverage Manufacturing Environment Step into a high-impact maintenance leadership role within a high-speed beverage manufacturing plant, where uptime, efficiency, and equipment reliability are critical to success. Youll take ownership of maintenance execution, drive continuous improvement, and play a key role in keeping a fast-paced production environment operating at peak performance. Were seeking candidates with experience in beverage or similar high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environments (food, dairy, bottling, or packaging) who are comfortable working with complex, automated systems.

Qualifications: Experience & BackgroundBachelors degree in Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience) High school diploma or GED required 35 years of manufacturing experience, ideally in beverage or high-speed food/CPG production environments Technical & Problem-Solving SkillsExperience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Working knowledge of CMMS and maintenance planning/scheduling Experience in high-speed, automated production environments (beverage, dairy, bottling, or packaging preferred) Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify issues and implement solutions Leadership & CommunicationAbility to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross-functional relationships Effective communication skills Self-directed with ability to prioritize and multitask Tools & EnvironmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar) Comfortable in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Flexible to support a 24/7 operation Why is This a Great Opportunity:
