About the role
A nationally recognized and established law firm is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Probate Attorney to join its Miami, Florida office. This is an in-office position supporting a well-established probate practice and serving a diverse client base.
Responsibilities:
Handle all aspects of probate and estate administration matters.
Advise and communicate with clients, including Spanish-speaking clients.
Prepare and review probate-related pleadings and filings.
Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and staff.
Maintain consistent client communication and case progress.
Qualifications:
- Experience in probate and estate administration
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational, communication, and client service skills
Bonus: 5-10% on each case (depending on level of exp)
