Network Operations:Installation, inspection, fault localization, troubleshooting, and configuration changes of network devices such as firewalls, switches, routers, wireless controllers, and access points within the warehouse to ensure stable operation of the warehouse network.Routine inspection, device testing, fault localization, and device replacement of CCTV cameras and other video equipment, providing technical support for warehouse quality control management.Asset management of warehouse network equipment and video equipment.B. System Operations:Building, monitoring, fault localization, and troubleshooting of servers to ensure their stable operation.Analyzing and coordinating internal resources to handle on-site customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.Asset management of server equipment.C. Desktop Operations:Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of information equipment such as desktop computers, laptops, printers, telephones, and video conferencing systems.Installation and troubleshooting of related system software such as Windows, Outlook, and Office, as well as regular system patch updates and malware prevention.Asset management of office equipment.D.
