Position Overview: Boston Children's Hospital is seeking a Registered Dietitian with Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) certification to join the team in the Pediatric Medical ICU.Target Start Date: Training begins October/November 2026

Duration: Through June 2027

Schedule: 40 hours/week | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Day Shift, 5x8).

Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical nutrition support to patients in the Pediatric Medical ICU, including complex IV/parenteral nutrition needs. Assess patient nutritional requirements and formulate tailored nutrition care plans. Deliver expert nutrition support recommendations to the multidisciplinary care team. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, dietitians, and clinical support staff. Participate in clinical assessments, monitor ongoing patient progress, and maintain detailed clinical documentation in alignment with hospital protocols. Complete an extensive, paid onboarding and training program (October/November through December) to master unit-specific pediatric nutrition care workflows.

Credentials: Registered Dietitian (RD) credential REQUIRED.

Certifications: Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC)

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of professional clinical experience.
