Territory Development Manager

Position Overview: Seeking a motivated Territory Development Manager to grow business across the Washington, DC market by developing new customers, strengthening relationships, and increasing territory revenue.

Key Responsibilities: Develop the territory through new business development and customer acquisition Build relationships with contractors, builders, designers, fabricators, retailers, and industry professionals Identify and pursue new sales opportunities and high-value accounts. Sell stone slabs and related building-material products Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and sales meetings. Manage the sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects. Understand customer project needs and recommend appropriate products. Drive long-term account growth and customer retention.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in building materials, stone slabs, countertops, construction materials, or related industries preferred. Proven territory development, outside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience. Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
