Regional RN Director, Senior Living

Maplewood Senior Living is seeking a Regional Director of Resident Services (RN) to oversee clinical operations across Weston, MA, West Yarmouth, MA, and Brewster, MA with regular travel between campuses. In this exempt, full-time role, you will ensure regulatory compliance, lead training for RSDs and nursing staff, manage budgets, and drive quality care delivery while partnering with home office and executive leadership.
