As a Personal Care Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting patients with daily living needs while working under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities: As a Personal Care Aide, you will: Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, transferring, and mobility Engage patients in meaningful conversation, companionship, and social interaction Respond promptly to patient needs and requests for care Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or mental condition to a licensed nurse Complete required documentation, including incident reports and change-of-condition reports Prepare and serve meals; assist with eating (excluding tube feeding) Support self-administration of medications as directed Change bed linens and maintain a clean, safe immediate living environment (bedroom and bathroom)
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent requiredCPR certification preferred
  • Previous experience working with elderly individuals in a residential, long-term care, or home health setting preferred
  • Compassionate, dependable, and patient-centered mindset
  • Strong communication and observation skills
