Job Description:
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will support the reliable operation of utilities and facility systems and conveyor systems through preventive maintenance, timely breakdown response, and effective troubleshooting. This role provides standard daytime maintenance coverage, maintains accurate work-order records in a CMMS platform, and promotes safe, compliant maintenance practices.
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance on utilities, facility systems, and conveyor systems. Respond to equipment breakdowns and restore systems to service. Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. Follow safety requirements and applicable maintenance procedures. Document inspections, repairs, and work orders in the CMMS platform.
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in industrial maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Electrical troubleshooting experience. Hydraulic and pneumatic systems experience. Preventive maintenance experience. Welding experience. Knowledge of lockout/tagout procedures. Strong problem-solving skills. Technical documentation experience.\nCompany
