GITAI is seeking a hands-on Technical Recruiter to hire strong engineers as we grow. Your primary focus will be recruiting Mechanical and Electrical Engineers with active sourcing and outreach, not just managing inbound applications. You will collaborate with engineering leaders to move the right people quickly through the hiring process, build pipelines via LinkedIn and universities, and help shape sourcing strategies for critical roles across our hardware teams.
