Head of Talent: Strategic Recruiting for Scale

Hyperbolic Labs is seeking a hands-on Head of Talent to scale our recruiting function from ~30 to 70-100 employees in the next 6-12 months. You will define hiring priorities, lead critical searches, and build a scalable recruiting engine that supports rapid growth. You will own full-cycle recruiting across all departments, craft candidate profiles, design interview frameworks, and partner with founders to attract top technical and business talent while maintaining quality and speed.
