  • Ongoing through approximately July 2027HPA Healthcare is seeking aBoard-Certified Pediatric Hospitalistfor ongoing locum tenens weekend coverage in Paris, Texas.
  • This is acall-only opportunityrequiring approximately one weekend per month. Coverage consists of24-hour 7:00 AM–7:00 AM call shiftswith relatively manageable reported pediatric and newborn volumes.

  • Pay Ranking: Premium Pediatric Hospitalist Call Compensation$2,500 per 24-hour callApproximately 1 weekend/month
  • Ongoing through July 202724-hour 7a–7a callApproximately 4–8 patients/shift
  • Approximately 2–3 phone consults
  • Approximately 1–2 patients seen
  • Approximately 1–2 admissions30-minute response requirement
  • Inpatient only
  • Newborn + pediatric coverageC-section/high-risk delivery attendance
  • MediTechTexas license or IMLCApproximately 30-day credentialing
  • Travel reimbursement available
Requirements:
  • Board-Certified physician
  • Pediatric Hospitalist experience
  • Texas license or IMLCBLSPALSInpatient pediatric and newborn experience
  • Comfortable attending C-sections/high-risk deliveries
  • Required pediatric procedural skills
  • Ability to meet a 30-minute call response requirement
