Parsons is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our Rail Transit design team on large Design Build and Alternative Delivery projects. You will guide the engineering tasks, coordinate with contractor partners, and align with client objectives to deliver on time and within budget.
You will oversee scope, budgets, schedules, and the development of project execution plans, health and safety, QA/QC, and sustainability commitments. Strong leadership and MBTA familiarity are valued.
