Growth Director, Defense Tech (U.S. Navy)

Rune Technologies is redefining military logistics by growing new business opportunities in the U.S. Navy sector. As part of the Growth team, you’ll lead capture efforts, coordinate with engineering and mission teams, and position TyrOS for Program of Record opportunities. You will build relationships with government stakeholders, manage a multi-stage pipeline from lead to contract award, and drive proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiations. Willingness to travel 25–50% is required.
