Willis Law Group LLC, an established elder law and estate planning firm in Hackensack, is seeking a warm, persuasive, highly organized Client Intake & Experience Coordinator. You will manage the first impression prospective clients have of our firm, guide them through intake and scheduling, and help existing clients feel informed and supported. This role combines client liaison work, consultative sales, calendar management, and client service. You should enjoy speaking with people, confidently explaining the value of professional services, following up consistently, and taking ownership of the details. Prior law firm experience is welcome but not required. We will train you on our practice areas, intake procedures, systems, and service standards. Experience in customer service, intake, hospitality, appointment setting, or consultative sales is valuable. Compensation, Benefits & Career Development$25–$30 per hour, depending on qualifications and relevant experience. Full-time, in person in Hackensack, NJ.Consistent Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m.hours, with no evenings or weekends required.401(k) eligibility after one year, subject to plan terms.
