Guest Services Agent

Position Summary: The Guest Services Agent (GSA) serves as the ultimate customer service representative for the system and sets the tone for a positive consumer experience by projecting a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times. GSAs are responsible for greeting patients, families and visitors as they enter the facility and bidding them farewell as they leave. Guest Services Agents assist patients and family members with wheelchairs, directions, and other general questions and will escort patients and families to their intended destination if needed. GSA's must be knowledgeable about general services outside of the facility (i.e. local restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) as well as services offered in the building and surrounding campuses in order to assist patients and families unfamiliar with the area. Education Associates - Preferred Experience 1-2 Years Customer Service, Retail or other Hospitality - Required
