Hybrid Director of Finance: Nonprofit Budget & Audit Leader

Jersey Digs is seeking a Director of Finance to lead and hands-on manage the Finance function, guiding budgeting, forecasting, internal controls and reporting. The role will supervise the Finance & Accounting Associate and collaborate with Executive Staff and the Board on funding strategies and audits. Hybrid position with occasional presence at the North Brunswick office; prior nonprofit, NJ grant and contracts experience is highly desired. CPA preferred but not required.
