Head of Tax Operations & AI-Driven Compliance

Atomic HR is seeking a senior CPA reviewer to sign off on AI-prepared tax returns and define the review standards under your own license. You will work directly with the founder and engineers to build QA rules and improve the review process. You will focus on 1040s, 1065s, 1120S and C corp returns, with emphasis on multi-state allocations, K-1s and basis tracking. This is a remote, full-time role with founding equity and direct impact on product quality.
